The Evolution in Rome
eUrban is an urban evolution project that combines business, contemporary art and nature in Rome's EUR district.
CHALLENGE
Enhancing a futuristic urban district that had not yet reached its full potential. The role of cities is changing, and with it our idea of business districts, public art and green areas must also change. This can only happen through the contamination of spaces, fostering a dialogue among the various facets of our identity: work, wonder, well-being.
eUrban is an art project curated by artist and co-founder Ria Lussi, whit the aim of creating a regenerative design approach that starts in EUR district and is replicable everywhere
IDEA
biz! art! nature! A multi-year project that seeks to weave contemporary art and nature into Rome's urban fabric. Originating from the vision of artist Ria Lussi, it is sponsored by Silver Fir Capital Sgr Spa and GWM Group.
Evolve Your Lifestyle
At 120 metres high, Eurosky is the tallest skyscraper in Rome. The 28-storey building features 12,600 sqm of residential space across 165 units. Designed by architects Franco Purini and Laura Thermes, Eurosky is at the forefront of sustainable, zero-emissions living in the capital. It boasts an energy class A certification and features advanced technologies, including photovoltaic systems and rainwater harvesting.

In eUrban, contemporary art is accessible to everyone: The Walkaround Gallery is a 400-metre public art installation with 180 artworks by 12 artists, The Moving Forest Panorama is a 117-metre green design intervention with illustrations and insights into the botanical species that populate eUrban, and the Green Wall Tattoo, in the EuroHive Welcome Area, is a 17-metre drawing by Ria Lussi.

In eUrban, nature has a special connection with architecture. In a former construction site surrounded by skyscrapers there’s The Moving Forest, a transitory forest with 400 trees and more than 50 shrubs and The Italian Zen Garden, a sensory geometric landscape of officinal plants with scents, aromas and colors.
AND, an acronym for Art Nature and Didactics, is a project that aims to raise awareness among school students in the IX Municipality of Rome of different age groups on issues of sustainability and ecological awareness.
IMPACT
A contemporary, dynamic and sustainable urban space. eUrban successfully transformed the EUR district into a contemporary and dynamic urban space raising its value, creating a more welcoming and functional environment and improving the well-being of all: residents, workers and visitors alike.
